“Working Title: Utopia” is a visual performance created using the technique of devised theatre from the workshops of the 7th Grafoskop Festival 2023, organized by the Autonomous Cultural Center ATTACK and the Shadow Theater Triptih. The project resulted in a presentation and collaboration that continued over the following five months, culminating in the premiere at the 27th International Festival of Alternative Theatrical Expression.
The performance explores the theme of liberation from the constraints of imagined ideals and involves a collective experiment in creating a space of togetherness that tolerates individualism without assuming or pushing it to extremes. It seeks a balance between the collective and the individual, referencing culture, social phenomena, and the feelings of each participant throughout the process.
